Generation Blend in Insurance

The piece for the New York Times I co-wrote with Michael Costonis from Accenture on the problems of the insurance industry recruiting next-generation workers ran in the "PreOccupations" column in last Sunday's Business Section. It's more Generation Blend than Young World Rising, but might be of interest.
